We are looking for former recruiters in MBB (McKinsey, Bain, and BCG) who just love mentoring students on the side.
About Us (My Consulting Offer): We help students and young professionals transition into a career in management consulting. We are a team of former McKinsey, Bain, and BCG Consultants, Managers, Principals, Partners, and Recruiters from across six continents. Since 2017, we have helped over 800 students get jobs in consulting.
Unfortunately, we do not work with recruiters who are still working at McKinsey, Bain or BCG given the unpredictable schedules; however, we do accept applications from recruiters on transition/search. We are looking for candidates who left their role with McKinsey, Bain, or BCG no earlier than 2018.
