We are looking for former recruiters in MBB (McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, and Bain & Company) firms to mentor students who aspire to become management consultants.

About the Role

  • Paid Part-time (at least 4 hours per week)
  • 100% flexible hours (you set your hours) and is remote (work from anywhere in the world)
  • You can take on as many as 5 or as little as 1 client, at any given time

What You Will Be Doing

  • Help students with their resumes and cover letters so they can land an interview at a consulting firm
  • Answer questions about a career in management consulting
  • Collaborate with clients and provide support in networking and application strategies

Job Requirements

  • Must love mentoring and coaching others
  • Able to commit at least 4 hours per week
  • Worked at least 2 years at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG as a recruiter or above
  • Worked within UK Offices

Unfortunately, we do not work with recruiters who are still working at McKinsey, Bain or BCG given the unpredictable schedules, however, we do accept applications from recruiters on transition/search. We are looking for candidates who left their role with McKinsey, Bain, or BCG no earlier than 2018.
