We are seeking an Operations Analyst to add to our growing team! As an Operations Analyst you will join our core team to support our banking operations, with a wide exposure to other functional teams.
My Community Bank is a London based credit union. We are a digital FCA and Bank of England regulated credit union, and a provider of market leading deposits and loans including to underserved communities.
- Executing manual and partially automated transaction activities with meticulous attention to detail and data quality.
- Assist in managing day-to-day financial operations.
- Provide administrative support for the customer service team and handle ad hoc tasks as required.
- Other administrative and operational tasks and one-off projects supporting the Operations team.
- Transaction monitoring in line with our internal AML check.
- Monitoring relevant email inboxes.
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level (or a school leaver with strong A Levels).
- Interest in financial services.
- Microsoft suite proficient including Excel and Word.
