We are seeking a skilled Automatic Coffee Installation Engineer with hands-on experience installing, commissioning, and maintaining Coffetek Vitro coffee machines, associated cabinets, and water/plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical ability, excellent customer service skills, and confidence working both independently and on client sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and commission Coffetek Vitro coffee machines and associated cabinets at customer premises.
  • Carry out on-site plumbing connections, including water filtration systems, waste management, and drainage integration.
  • Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and servicing of automatic coffee machines to ensure optimal performance and drink quality.
  • Diagnose faults and complete efficient repairs, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
  • Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements, utilities access, and cabinet layout.
  • Provide technical support and user training to customers.
  • Complete installation and service documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Follow health & safety standards, including correct handling of electrical equipment, water systems, and heavy units.
  • Maintain company tools, parts, and service vehicle to a high standard.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience working with Coffetek Vitro or similar automatic coffee machines.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems, fittings, and water filtration equipment.
  • Basic electrical knowledge (fault-finding, wiring, testing).
  • Experience installing or servicing vending or coffee equipment (desirable).
  • Ability to read technical diagrams and installation manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid UK driving licence (or region equivalent).
  • Good communication skills and a professional approach with clients.
