→ £13.55 per hour
→ Paid travel time (£12.71/hr) + 35p per mile
→ Full-Time & Part-Time Hours Available

Danygraig Domiciliary Care is currently looking for caring and reliable Community Care Assistants to join our friendly team supporting people in their own homes across the Bridgend area.

We understand that good care starts with good staff support. That’s why we offer paid travel time, mileage, ongoing training and a supportive local management team who value the work you do.

Unlike many care providers, we pay you for your travel time between calls.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting individuals in their own homes with:

• Personal care

• Medication support

• Meal preparation

• Companionship

• Daily living tasks

• Promoting independence and dignity

Every visit helps someone remain safe and comfortable in their own home.

Shift Patterns Available

• Morning shifts: 6:45am – 3:00pm

• Evening shifts: 3:00pm – 10:30pm

• Alternate weekends required

What We’re Looking For

✔ Full UK driving licence (essential)
✔ Access to your own vehicle (essential)
✔ Caring and dependable nature
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Care experience preferred but not essential
✔ Willingness to learn and undertake training
