My Care Group is looking for an ambitious, passionate and experienced Dual Registered Manager to open and lead two of our children's residential homes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation that is committed to delivering exceptional care and achieving outstanding outcomes for children and young people. In addition to a competitive starting salary of £60,000, increasing to £65,000 once the second home is registered, we offer generous performance bonuses, including rewards for successfully opening additional homes and achieving positive Ofsted inspection outcomes.

As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership, management and development of the children's home, ensuring outstanding care and positive outcomes for every child. You will:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing staff team.
- Create a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment.
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement and quality assurance.
- Manage safeguarding and child protection processes.
- Build positive relationships with local authorities, families and professionals.
- Recruit, develop and mentor your team.
- Manage budgets and occupancy.
- Prepare the home for Ofsted inspections and strive for Outstanding outcomes.
- Promote a positive culture where children can thrive and reach their full potential.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 2 years' experience working within a children's residential setting in the last 5 years.
- At least 1 year's management experience supervising staff within residential childcare.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to achieve within required timescales).
- Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards and safeguarding legislation.
- Experience leading teams through Ofsted inspections.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for improving children's lives.
- Full UK Driving Licence. (Preferred)
