We’re on the hunt for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and elevate our paid and organic social media presence. A wide and varied role bringing together multiple departments within the business to deliver best in class social communications and build a community.

Your mission: to build an engaged and loyal community, drive brand awareness, and fuel conversions. You’ll be the voice of My Bespoke Room across platforms, creating captivating content, managing ad campaigns and sparking meaningful conversations with our audience. You’ll work with our designers, experts and other brands to bring unique points of view and knowledge to our audience, constantly delivering valuable insights into the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for paid and organic channels, specifically Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.
  • Define key KPIs and performance goals aligned with wider marketing and business objectives.
  • Content Creation & Management:
  • Plan, produce, and schedule high-quality, engaging content that reflects the My Bespoke Room brand, including videos, reels, carousels, and imagery.
  • Partner with the design team to ensure visuals are on-brand and aligned with campaign goals.

Paid Social Campaigns:

  • Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across multiple platforms to drive leads, conversions, and brand awareness.
  • Analyse performance metrics and implement A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance.

Community Building & Engagement:

  • Actively engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and tags to foster an engaged online community.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with influencers and brand advocates who align with our ethos.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Monitor and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Use insights to refine strategies and inform future content.

Stay Ahead of Trends:

  • Keep up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies within the interior design and lifestyle industries.
  • Proactively recommend innovative ideas to keep My Bespoke Room ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 3+ years managing both paid and organic social media in a B2C environment either at an agency or in-house with experience using social media management tools.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong eye for design, photography, and video content creation; proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Community Building: Proven experience of building engaged communities and fostering brand loyalty.
  • Paid Campaigns: Experience running, optimising, and analysing paid social ads (Meta).
  • Analytical Skills: Confident in interpreting data to drive strategy and measure ROI.
  • Passion for Interior Design: A love for creating beautiful spaces and an understanding of design trends.
  • Creative and Organized: A blend of innovative thinking and meticulous planning to execute projects effectively.

Tools we currently use: Hubspot, Canva, Meta Ad Platform, Typeform, Sprout Social.
