A large multi-national luxury brand are currently looking for a Transformation Director as they execute their strategic plan within the Creative Hubs covering Design, Brand and Materiality. As part of the new creative organisation, this role will work across a peer group of Creative Directors to help provide a Transformation & Program Management structure to cover Governance, Prioritisation and accountability procedures in place across the whole division (circa 900 people).

The position requires a highly experienced Program Director / Transformation Director that can not only work with creative employees to implement a Program Management structure, but also help with the cultural shift in a department that has grown considerably, but now needs more defined processes in order to achieve the strategic goals.

The ideal person for this role will require experience as a senior Change & Transformation professional but will also be used to working with a team of creative people, who are highly intelligent, but naturally tend toward the “what” and the “why” rather than the “how”.

The position requires 3 to 4 days a week on-site with 1 or 2 days working from home. This is a unique opportunity to work in a flourishing department, at an amazing time of transformation across the whole business and have a real impact as you help take them on an exciting journey.
