As a leading global luxury household brand, our client is continuously exploring innovative ways to integrate Data and AI into their core business operations. They are currently seeking to hire a Head of Business Change & Communications to oversee the successful adoption of new Data & AI initiatives both internally and in the market.
This role will manage a team of change managers with a focus on maintaining a human-centered approach to how staff adopt new best practices. Daily responsibilities include educating and upskilling end users to ensure technology changes are effectively utilized and implemented.
The role involves collaboration with communications teams and Learning & Development (L&D) to work with senior stakeholders and embed new skills through pilot schemes and broader deployment.
