Nixor are currently hiring for a Digital PMO Lead to help a large household luxury brand to:
- Set-up and configure JIRA and Confluence as the main tracking and collaboration tools.
- Help automate the Visualization & reporting. JLR use Tableau, but any exposure to BI tools is fine (e.g. Power BI).
- Help formalise Governance practices across the different project streams.
- Help drive stakeholders into JIRA & Confluence.
The role will join a large digital function that is going through a transformation of its PMO function. Initially, the role will involve working across the whole portfolio to understand the full picture of where projects are up to, then setting and defining the governance standards and technologies to be utilised in ongoing management of the PMO.
Internally, they are transitioning everything over to JIRA & Confluence for the ongoing management and collaboration, and therefore looking for a PMO professional who has extensive experience in JIRA as they look to move all the project tracking onto this platform. Theyβre also looking for somebody who has experience with BI tools. Internally they use Tableau, but they will consider someone with knowledge of Power BI. Any exposure to SharePoint would be advantageous, but is not essential.
This PMO Lead role is a great opportunity to really develop and shape an early stage Project Management Office, define their standards and a wider opportunity within the organisation could run way past the initial 10 months given the transformation plans they have in place within the wider Digital function.
