We’re now hiring Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our London team and help us continue our mission of connecting elite talent with leading clients across the US. Your role:
- Source, identify, and engage high-calibre professionals across the US market in your specialist sector.
- Manage the full recruitment process — from initial outreach and interviews through to offer management and onboarding.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates and clients to become a trusted market expert.
- Support business development by identifying new opportunities and collaborating on client growth strategies.
- Represent MissionXI at industry events and help grow our brand presence in the US technology space.
