This is a Hybrid working role, with 2 days on site in our Belfast office and 3 days working from home.

Essential Criteria to apply for this role:
- A minimum of 3 years working in a digital media role, either in-house or in-agency
- A minimum of 3 years working directly with client budgets, multi-platform
- A minimum of 2 years experience developing digital strategy, insights and client reporting with a track record in campaign performance
- Ability to demonstrate insightful knowledge of the landscape, sectors, trends, and performance-enhancing strategies
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Establish strong and long-lasting relations with MXB’s diverse range of clients by adding value at every point.
- Present campaign plans, budgets, and critical paths via regular detailed communication to the client pre, during, and post-campaign.
- Strategic management and oversight of all digital briefs across client accounts.
- Develop bespoke digital media strategies, channel strategies, and content strategies to deliver high-impact results for clients.
- Collaborate with the creative team to provide feedback on the impact of creative on campaign performance and ensure continuous improvement.
- New Business Development: Develop and present proposals and pitch documentation with insight, strategy, and passion for results.
- Campaign Management: Enhance briefs through insight to improve performance. Produce accurate media and deployment plans monthly.
- Work with the digital team to understand and approach briefs related to Ecom, SEO, PPC, Social, CRM, Lead conversion.
- Review live ad campaigns against KPIs, conduct split tests, and apply learnings to optimize results.
- Budget Management: Nurture relationships with digital media suppliers, buy, and book digital media. Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors. Understand approval processes and lead times.
- Insights and Ideation: Use social media insights to create concepts for branded content, ads, and digital campaigns.
- Innovative Problem-Solving: Address challenges with quick and effective solutions. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative techniques to keep services innovative.
