- Provides daily operational workflow activities to support the timely, accurate, and controlled movement of shipments through the facility.
- Prioritises moderate scope shipment handling activities by reviewing operational queues, outbound schedules, and processing requirements to support service continuity.
- Tracks shipment assignments, operational notes, and shift activities to maintain workflow visibility and support issue resolution.
- Documents and updates operational information, logs, and status records to support control, traceability, and compliance requirements.
- Collects and escalates operational issues, equipment concerns, and process exceptions to support timely resolution and uninterrupted operations.
- Supports compliance with applicable security, safety, and operational procedures to maintain adherence to established requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, transportation, operations management, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, air freight operations, supply chain operations, or a related field required.
- Certification in logistics, supply chain, workplace safety, or program management, or equivalent preferred.
