**Job Title:** Multi DropDriver**Shift Hours:** 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday**Pay Rate:** £13.20 per hour in addition to benefits listed belowThis role is in support of Cencora\'s veterinary and livestock production solutions marketed through our MWI Animal Health business. MWI Animal Health is a leading brand of Cencora, offering animal health services globally.**Summary:**This role is a multi-drop delivery driver role and the person will be responsible for delivering company products to the customer in a safe and timely manner. You’ll be a representative of the company and be one of the first point of contacts for our customers, so a high standard of customer care must be maintained at all times.**Location:** Stoke, ST7 1UH* Deliver goods accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with daily driving schedules to registered premises only obtaining proof of delivery at all manned premises.* Carry out daily vehicle checks and maintain vehicle roadworthiness.* Record and report all vehicle defects in a timely manner inc. nil defects.* Meet all legal requirements of the use of the highways. Comply with all EU, Domestic and WTD (Working Time Directive) rules.* Act as an ‘Ambassador’ for the company when dealing with both customers and the public.* Record and report all damages in accordance with company policy.* Follows company policy and procedure regarding the correct, safe and accurate return of damaged goods from customers* Adhere to all company guidance and instructions in relation to the delivery and return of goods supplied by the company.* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness with company vehicles to project a professional image.* Adhere to company standards regarding work wear and PPE.* Adhere to all H&S requirements in order to protect themselves, their colleagues and members of the public.* Correctly use all equipment supplied and maintain in a good condition. Report any faults or issues with equipment in a timely manner e.g. Sack Truck, Nomad Boxes, Temperature Recording Equipment, PPE etc.* Take all reasonable precautions to safeguard the vehicle and its contents ensuring vehicles are locked when unattended.* Only allow as passenger’s employees of the company or persons authorised by the company.* Comply with all GDP requirements.* Attend all required company training including My Hr Portal as and when required.* Maintain strong links with both the Transport and Customer Service Departments.* Remain contactable, when at work, by ensuring the company provided phone is on and connected to ‘Bluetooth’.* Be flexible and react positively to changes within the business.* Maintain accurate records of daily activities and ensure start times are adhered to.* Follow company procedure for times of absence.* Follow company employment policy.* Ensure both Domestic, EU and WTD regulations are adhered to.* To deliver company products to the customer in a safe and timely manner.* To abide by the laws governing road and vehicle use.* To abide by all company guidelines and MHRA requirements in relation to the delivery of company products.* To maintain high standards of customer care.* To maintain high personal standards to project a professional image of the company.* To act as representative of the company* To follow all H&S requirements to ensure their own safety and the safety of others.* Drive like a professional – Good driving record and appropriate licence for the role* Maintaining concentration – Must be able to stay focused when driving and training for long periods.* Quality communication – There is a great deal of paperwork involved in training and driving. This must be accurate and timely.* Attention to detail – The little things make a big difference.
