About the role
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Quality Assurance Administrator to join our team at our Feltham site. This is a hands-on, admin-focused role supporting the day-to-day running of quality processes in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You’ll play a key role in keeping systems, documentation, and records accurate. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, routine work and wants to gain experience within a pharmaceutical / healthcare logistics environment, without needing prior deep QA experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Ensuring all records are accurate, compliant, and well-organised
- Managing and updating quality documentation and records
- Supporting routine quality admin tasks, including:
- Data entry and document control
- Maintaining trackers (e.g. CAPA actions and timelines)
- Responding to internal requests for information in a timely and accurate manner
- Updating systems such as SharePoint and quality databases
- Liaising with teams across the business (Quality, Operations, HR, etc.)
This role is focused on routine quality administration rather than audit or client-facing QA work.
What we’re looking for
Essential:
- Strong administrative experience in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident working independently and managing your own workload
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft 365 – Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
Nice to have (not essential):
- Experience in a regulated or quality environment (e.g. GDP, pharma, logistics)
- Exposure to document control or compliance processes
- Hybrid working with flexibility
- Opportunity to gain experience in a regulated pharma/logistics environment
