About the Role
We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to support Alliance Healthcare's wholesale distribution operation in Leeds. This is a hands-on warehouse position where you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and prepared accurately and efficiently. The role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has good attention to detail, and can work as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using pick documentation.
- Assemble and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring the correct quantities are selected.
- Handle hospital, bulk medical, fridge, and secure-area orders.
- Ensure products are packaged correctly and safely to prevent damage.
- Complete special-check orders and pass them to the relevant team.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and free from hazards.
- Support other warehouse activities as required.
