What you will do

  • Verifies transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet-related assets.
  • Updates warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records to preserve data integrity.
  • Tracks fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and timely issue identification.
  • Prepares dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation to enable accurate transaction processing.
  • Reviews routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and routes unresolved issues.
  • Confirms handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability, loss prevention, and fulfilment continuity.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Knowledge in fleet operations administration and transportation support processes.
  • Knowledge in warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order preparation, shipment processing, and inventory movement.
  • Knowledge in logistics documentation, transaction controls, and operational record maintenance.
  • Knowledge in warehouse and transportation systems used for status updates, tracking, and transaction processing.
  • Knowledge in loss prevention, material handling, and operational control requirements.
  • Ability to process routine and moderately complex operational activities within established procedures.
  • Ability to identify causes of routine operational issues, analyse basic data, and support issue resolution.
  • Ability to maintain accurate operational records and transaction visibility across logistics workflows.
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external contacts to obtain or provide operational information of moderate importance.
  • Ability to support continuous improvement changes in systems and processes within defined guidelines.
