  • Salary: £12.71 per hour
  • Shifts: Sunday, 09:00 – 13:00 (4 hours per week)

Job Purpose

To accurately assemble customer orders from pick notes. All staff are expected to understand and adhere to the Good Distribution Practice (GDP) of Medicinal Products for Human Use (2013/C 68/01). This is reflected in SOP – REF Chapter 1 AHDL GDP 1.1. Training on this SOP is mandatory for all staff, including annual refreshers. Additional GDP training will be role-specific and aligned with your individual training matrix.

Key Accountabilities

  • Accurately pick products according to pick notes using a handheld scanner
  • Move between picking stations as required
  • Handle exceptions appropriately (e.g., oversized stock or missing items) to ensure orders are fulfilled
  • Take special care to avoid product damage and use appropriate packaging
  • Report all damages to the Team Leader or Line Supervisor immediately
  • Report any pick-face errors promptly
  • Adhere to all company housekeeping procedures
  • Wear required PPE at all times
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Carry out any reasonable requests from Service Centre Management
