We are looking to strengthen our Construction team with a Working Foreman based on site at Knapp Mill WTW.
You will report directly to the Site Manager, and your role will involve the administration and control of all site resources required, along with general site duties. Your goal is to complete construction efficiently, to specifications, within the contract time and budget, without compromising health and safety, and to deliver a quality product that ensures customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Implementation of the Quality, Safety, and Environmental Policies and Targets.
- Compliance with the processes and procedures contained within MWH.
- Suggesting improvements to the MWH systems when they become apparent.
- Ensuring customer requirements are satisfied to enhance customer perception and satisfaction.
- Carrying out all works in accordance with C.D.M. Regulations and safe working practices.
- Assisting in the preparation of construction programmes, Method Statements, Action Plans, and Risk Assessments.
- Implementing the latest H&S regulations and legislation.
- Procurement of labour, plant, and materials to ensure timely delivery of the contract.
- Keeping abreast of Employment Law and Regulations.
- Producing data for management reports, including monthly SMQSE reports, NCR reports, accident reports, and waste returns.
Essential Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience working on large water/wastewater construction sites.
- Previous experience as a Working Foreman.
- Appropriate tickets and qualifications, including CSCS, SMSTS, SCPCS, Telehandler Certification, and Blue Water Hygiene Card.
