This site-based role reports to the Managing Quantity Surveyor and focuses on robust commercial management and effective cost control through collaboration with clients and delivery teams.
You will administer main and subcontract contracts, prepare payments, and develop accurate cost reports while mentoring junior members of the commercial team.
