Responsibilities include:

  • Quantity surveying duties in respect of managing projects and work packages.
  • Liaising with design, construction and supply chain teams to capture, analyse and control cost.
  • Collaborative work with the client to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Managing the main contract ensuring contractual notices and correspondence are identified and raised as necessary.
  • Preparation and issue of subcontract documentation.
  • Assisting in the management and performance of subcontractors.
  • Managing the preparation and agreement of applications for payment.
  • Providing project cost management.
