Overview MWH have now been awarded Projects at Dukinfield, Aston-Under-Lyne, Arnfield, Godley, Hyde and Wigan and Skelmersdale across the AMP8 Framework Agreement with United Utilities. We are looking to strengthen our Construction and Project delivery teams with Mechanical Project Engineers assigned to a project or section within our programme of work.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role involves ensuring information is issued in time to enable construction, commissioning and putting to work in line with the Contract Programme; providing cost data for forecasts and evaluation of variations.
Key responsibilities:- Ensure project costs do not exceed tender/varied allowance
- Ensure all applications for payment are made on or before the due date
- Ensure contract reviews, monthly forecasts are completed and submitted on time
- Maintain good client relationships at all levels
- Assist with the Project Management strategy
- Establish and maintain the contract filing systems
- Assist in the production of the contract programme; monitor programme and produce progress reports
