What you\’ll be doing?
- Assist with day-to-day site management, ensuring safe and efficient operations
- Support setting out, surveying, and interpreting engineering drawings
- Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and materials on site
- Monitor progress, quality, and health & safety compliance
- Assist with environmental management and sustainability targets
- Work closely with Project Managers and Senior Engineers to solve technical challenges
- Contribute to project reporting and stakeholder communication

What will I need to be considered?
- A recent or upcoming graduate in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong interest in site-based engineering and infrastructure delivery
- Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across East Anglia
- Full UK driving licence (or working towards it)
- Flexibility – Successful candidates will need to be flexible and willing to spend time in other offices and sites
- Great communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-motivated – attitude is key, it\’s your career!
