The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
- Responsibility for process monitoring of the new plant
- Daily monitoring of the process operating parameters (MLSS, SSVI, final effluent analyses, sludge thickener performance, sludge, chemicals)
- Daily monitoring of equipment (oxidation ditch (inducers, blowers, instruments, ferric, caustic, sludge thickeners, etc)
- Monitoring of analysers, recalibration of instruments, ordering of reagents
- Adjustment of process parameters to maintain performance
- Reporting to Advance Plus process commissioning engineer
- Consultation with client, suppliers and Advance Plus process team
- Regular meetings with UU re progress, performance, etc
- Daily logs
- Ordering of chemicals as required (including ferric, caustic, poly, reagents, cuvettes for sampling analyses)
- Taking deliveries of chemicals
- Assisting Advance Plus team with shutdowns, access, etc
