MWH Treatment would like to strengthen their Business support team with an Office Administrator on a permanent basis as part of a job share, based in our Hattersley office. You’d play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our office and help the Executive Assistant (EA) with a variety of admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Mail: Sorting, scanning, filing and franking mail, including postal runs to the local post office.
- General Office: Oversee day-to-day tasks including coffee machine upkeep. Create office passes for new starters. Maintain and order office supplies, including groceries and stationery. Answer telephone professionally and courteously.
- Courier: Arrange company-wide courier services using Inxpress software.
- Assistance: Help the EA with tasks such as expenses and time sheets for the senior leadership team.
- Archiving: Managing and processing company archives.
- Meetings: Coordinate meeting room bookings and order lunches for meetings and events as required. Book external meeting rooms when needed.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other ad hoc duties as required such as running office events/charity days. Ensure the office environment remains clean, tidy, and well-presented. Operate internal systems and software (training provided).

Hours: 25 hours per week - Job share (Monday–Friday, 12pm –5:00pm)
