We have built our business around professional standards, personal service and strong relationships with our landlords and tenants. We are looking for an experienced lettings professional who shares those values and is ready to take the next step in their career.

The Role

As Lettings Administration Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and coordination of the lettings administration function. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate landlord, tenant, property and tenancy records
  • Overseeing shared inboxes and ensuring enquiries are allocated, progressed and followed through

  • Providing support across the wider lettings operation when required

About You

We are looking for an experienced residential lettings professional who is ready to take the next step in their career. Previous residential lettings experience is essential, together with a strong working knowledge of Scottish residential lettings, including Private Residential Tenancies and the Letting Agent Code of Practice.

You will be highly organised and accurate, with the confidence to manage a busy workload and competing priorities. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to take responsibility, exercise sound judgement, and ensure matters are properly followed through from start to finish.

At MWD, how we look after our landlords and tenants matters. We are therefore looking for someone who is approachable, professional and dependable, and who genuinely cares about providing a high standard of service. An ARLA Propertymark, LETWELL, or equivalent recognised lettings qualification would be advantageous, although not essential. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required, as occasional out-of-office appointments may be necessary to provide cover. We will provide a company fuel card for authorised business mileage.
