MWD Architects is an award-winning architectural practice specialising in low impact architecture and regenerative design. The successful candidate can expect to work on all RIBA stages, on a range of exciting projects from master planning to bespoke houses, listed buildings and small-scale commercial. We strive to create a friendly and collaborative environment where staff are encouraged to take part in design workshops and weekly project meetings as well as assume ownership of individual projects.
Led by practice director, Mark Waghorn, we strive to deliver high quality environments that use available resources responsibly for the benefit of future generations. Skills required:
- Good working knowledge of ArchiCAD
- A minimum of one year of experience in an architectural practice
- An understanding of UK Building Regulations
- Proven experience in residential led design at RIBA stages 1 to 4
- Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop
- Knowledge of rendering software; D5, Twinmotion etc.
- Knowledge of the use of environmentally considered materials and technologies

Place of work: A mix of remote working and at either our Cardiff or our Llandeilo office
