Mway Comms is a medium sized leading Tier One provider of Technology, Street Lighting, Signs, Civil Engineering and Traffic Signals, within the Highway Sector. Mway Comms has aligned itself to changing markets and Technological advancements to maintain growth and sustainability within the sector.
Role Description
- Assist with managing and maintaining the Integrated Management System and associated ISO accreditations [9001, 14001 and 45001]
- Write clear and concise reports, procedures, and guidance documents
- Review RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
- Liaise with Site Management
- Co-operate and implement company and individual HSW targets and objectives
- Liaise with Site Teams
- Perform thorough investigations to offer root cause analysis and conclusions for all accidents, incidents and high potential near-misses
Qualifications
- NEBOSH General/Construction Certificate or equivalent (desired)
- Construction experience (preferred but not essential)
- Highways experience (preferred but not essential)
- Understanding of MS Office Suite
- Good communicator with external and internal stakeholders
- Desire to learn and implement sector-specific knowledge
- Willing to work night shift on a frequent basis nationwide
- Full driving licence
- Undertake Drug & Alcohol testing
- Undertake safety critical medical
