A customer-facing role focused on helping homeowners choose the right window and door products for their properties while delivering a professional and consultative sales experience. You will be responsible for managing leads, attending appointments, taking accurate measurements, and converting enquiries into successful sales while maintaining our high standards of service and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Attending pre-booked appointments in customers' homes
- Advising on window and door products, styles, and specifications
- Taking accurate measurements to support quotations and order processing
- Preparing and presenting accurate quotations
- Following up leads and converting enquiries into sales
- Managing customer relationships from enquiry through to order confirmation
- Working closely with surveying and installation teams
- Updating and maintaining records within the CRM system
- Representing MW Window Systems professionally at all times
What We're Looking For
- Experience in window, door, or home improvement sales (preferred)
- Experience in measuring windows/doors or a strong willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, consultative approach to sales (not high-pressure)
- Ability to build rapport and trust with homeowners
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets
- Good organisational and IT skills (CRM experience desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
