Key Responsibilities- Preparing accurate estimates for residential window and door installations
- Conducting site surveys in customers' homes, taking precise measurements
- Advising customers on products, specifications, and installation options
- Managing and updating customer and project information within the CRM system
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure correct materials and consumables availability
- Supporting stock and inventory management for residential projects
- Working closely with sales and installation teams to deliver a seamless service
- Experience in residential estimating and/or surveying (windows, doors, or construction)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional and confident manner in customer-facing environments
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Experience with supplier coordination and stock control
- Full UK driving licence
