A fast-growing, FCA-regulated currency firm is seeking a senior FX Options specialist to lead the development of its options offering. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a high-potential business line within an established FX and payment solutions provider with an existing client base.
The Role: You’ll act as the firm’s FX Options lead – advising clients, enhancing product capability, and helping expand into new segments. The firm has strong existing FX and payments flow, and is now looking to evolve its risk management proposition with a dedicated options function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on vanilla FX options and hedging strategies
- Driving revenue growth from both existing and newly onboarded clients
- Acting as a subject matter expert and mentoring sales staff
- Supporting liquidity management and executing trades with counterparties
- Contributing to forward book management and scalable internal processes
About You:
- 7+ years’ experience in FX sales, with strong options knowledge
- Strong commercial instincts and ability to generate new business
- Confident coaching others and influencing internal decision-making
- CISI Level 4 preferred (or Level 3 with willingness to complete Level 4)
