Our client is a growing digital marketing agency seeking a Marketing Executive to join its expanding team. This is a varied, hands-on opportunity supporting marketing activity across a portfolio of client accounts as well as contributing to the agency's own marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with a collaborative team to execute campaigns, create engaging content, support client communications, and identify opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and delivery of marketing campaigns aligned to client objectives and business goals
  • Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement
  • Support the creation and optimisation of marketing content across multiple platforms
  • Update website content and assist with website performance analysis
  • Prepare client reports and campaign performance summaries
  • Support client communications and account management activities
  • Assist with new business proposals, pitches, and client onboarding
  • Produce monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports
  • Maintain accurate records within internal systems and client management tools
  • Research market trends and identify opportunities for campaign improvement and business growth

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a marketing role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance data
  • Experience using marketing tools and content management systems would be advantageous
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
