Investment Banking – Natural Resources (Associate to VP) in Manchester

An established mid-market investment bank is expanding its Natural Resources coverage team in London. The group advises across energy, power, and mining, providing M&A, corporate broking, and capital-markets advisory to corporate and institutional clients.

The role:

• Execute and lead transactions primarily across M&A and corporate broking
• Manage deal processes end-to-end and coordinate across global teams
• Support origination and maintain client relationships across corporates and financial sponsors
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development

The ideal candidate:

• 2–5 years’ experience in investment banking (Natural Resources, Energy or related sectors)
• Strong technical grounding in valuation and financial modelling
• Proven transaction experience and client exposure
• Confident communicator with solid commercial judgement
