Our client is a trading house seeking a Paralegal to support the HR function with a strong focus on employment law matters. This role is well suited to candidates from a commercial law background who are looking to develop their legal career within a regulated, fast-paced environment.
The role will support HR and senior stakeholders on employment law, contractual matters and related advisory work, providing practical legal input across the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing and amending employment contracts, policies and HR documentation
- Providing employment law support on employee relations matters
- Assisting with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Supporting HR projects and internal reviews
- Liaising with external legal advisers when required
The ideal candidate will have experience within commercial or employment law, strong drafting and analytical skills, and a clear interest in employment law within a corporate setting. Candidates qualified between FQE 1β2 or with equivalent paralegal experience are encouraged to apply. SRA pathway candidates will be considered, and the client is able to offer a training contract for the right individual.
This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, offering structured development, exposure to complex employment matters and long-term progression within a professional trading house environment.
