An International Investment Manager is seeking a ambitious professional with a strong passion for client service to work with their institutional client base. The Relationship Associate will work in a dynamic, fast-paced, trust-based partnership with Relationship Managers, Sales Professionals, and Operational Professionals.
Overview
Perform account administration and maintenance tasks accurately and in a timely manner
Tracking and communicating trade requests from clients.
Maintaining and reconciling account information/contact data on relevant systems.
Regularly updating data in our systems to reflect changes as they occur.
Verifying and reconciling account information and activity with internal teams.
Monitor and coordinate prompt and accurate fulfillment of all client requests and inquiries including but not limited to client reporting, requests for information, questionnaires, and operational issues.
Manage onboarding and off-boarding of institutional clients through coordination with the client, the Relationship Manager, and Operations colleagues to ensure a smooth transition.
Produce, review, and deliver monthly, quarterly, yearly, and ad-hoc client reports.
Resolve operational issues for institutional separate accounts, representing the firm as the client’s primary operational contact and working with internal stakeholders in the process.
Develop, maintain, and enhance policies and procedures used by the Institutional Client Service team.
Experience/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or other related subjects preferred.
- 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role and industry.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce or a comparable Customer Relationship Management system
