An International Banking institution wish to recruit a Co-Head of the DCM department including origination and business development, the successful candidate will manage DCM Risk and supervises all employees in line with the Overseas DCM franchise.
Main Duties
Responsible for the EMEA DCM Strategy and implementation
EMEA client coverage and deal execution
Supervisory responsibility for the department and resource management including performance management, training and development of employees
Risk Management and reputation risk assessment
Maintaining relationships with departments across the Bank including coordination with 2nd and 3rd line of defence
Budget responsibility
Liaison with Head Office
Experience Required
Educated to a Master Degree level (preferred in Finance, Economics or Business disciplines)
Solid Experience in capital markets
Solid experience in risk management and compliance relevant for capital markets
Relevant green finance experience
Demonstrable Client relationships in EMEA region
Experience in leading teams
Capital markets knowledge
Corporate finance knowledge
