Main Duties

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations across all accounts, business units, systems, and platforms.
  • Investigate failed payments and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of reconciliation processes.
  • Liaise with internal teams to clear breaks and improve data integrity.
  • Support core operational processes including trade processing, settlements, corporate actions, and reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of operational outputs.
  • Collaborate with front office, finance, and technology teams.
  • Maintain and update operational procedures and documentation.
  • Identify, assess, and escalate operational and financial risks.
