We have an opening for an experienced Human Resources Administrator at our head office.

About Us

MW Eat is a unique collection of some of the world’s finest Indian restaurants - spanning both fine dining and informal dining restaurants. These are all highly acclaimed and are amongst the best of their type irrespective of cuisine.

The Role

  • Maintaining & updating the HR database & personnel systems
  • HR administration and systems control
  • To provide HR Administration support to the HR Director and Manager & carry out HR policies and procedures over all aspects of the HR function.
  • Production of offers / contracts / general correspondence
  • The organisation & administration of training (individual, statutory and group)

The Candidate

  • At least 2 years’ experience within a HR role.
  • To have the unrestricted right to work in the UK
  • Excellent English skills
  • Good computer skills – both Word & Intermediate Excel
  • CIPD qualification (or studying towards a HR Qualification) is preferred but not essential.
  • A knowledge of the hospitality or service industry would be helpful

Remuneration & Benefits

  • £25,000-£30,000 p.a dependent on experience
  • The role is full time - 9am to 5.45pm.
