MW Eat own and run three fine dining restaurants, Amaya, Chutney Mary and Veeraswamy; and several Masala Zone sophisticated informal dining restaurants. All the restaurants are excellently located within central London and all are rooted in a deep understanding of authentic Indian cuisine while constantly focusing, with flair and curiosity, on contemporary interpretations.
We are currently offering level 2 food and beverage apprenticeships to those who want a career in hospitality. The apprenticeship is a 12 month programme and could lead to a supervisor level 3 programme for the right candidate.

You will be working towards your Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Standard, which will last 12-15 months. During this time you will be paid a competitive salary so that you can earn whilst you learn, and your trainer will arrange meetings with you on site so that you can work through your programme.
You will need to be resident in the UK, and have the right immigration documents.
