PART–TIME HR DIRECTOR – SUCCESSFUL RESTAURANT COMPANY CENTRAL LONDON Circa £100,000 p.a. pro-rata plus benefits

Background: MW Eat is a financially strong, highly-regarded, well-managed London restaurant company specialising in Indian cuisines, based near Marble Arch W1. We have 7 restaurant units including Amaya, Chutney Mary, Veeraswamy and four Masala Zone restaurants. They are all acclaimed and regarded as amongst the best of their type irrespective of cuisine. Two of them have Michelin Stars. All of them have won awards. We are extremely passionate and constantly innovative, looking for new ideas and ways to improve our offering and stay ahead of the market. This is combined with a strong process driven backbone to company operations. We employ over 470 employees. We put great focus on training and personnel development as well as rigorous recruitment. We proactively and successfully manage the employment dispute resolution process, such that we have had minimal employee tribunal claims in the past 30 years.
