An Insurance Broker based in Hertfordshire has a new role for a Trainee Insurance Adviser to join their expanding team.

Main Duties

  • Dealing with general insurance inquiries via the telephone, email and face-to-face
  • To learn and adopt internal procedures and CRM to best service client requirements
  • Ensure that all transactions / interactions are compliant
  • Become fully conversant in all personal lines and Micro SME insurance solutions
  • To account manage existing customer renewals under supervision
  • Offer added value add-on products where applicable
  • Gain a better understanding of clients needs for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Be pro-active in canvassing for new business
