Summary
An opportunity for an experienced claims specialist to join a leading global insurance & reinsurance carrier.
In this role you will work closely with senior claims adjusters to provide a market leading claims service that supports a client focused philosophy. A full program of technical training and development will be provided.
Overview
* Investigating and adjusting claims within authority limits
* Manage claims via ECF and Non-ECF.
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective management and resolution of claims.
* Review loss adjuster reports and other supporting documentation.
* Effectively handle a designated caseload and escalate cases where necessary.
* Triage incoming claims documentation.
* Ensure the accuracy of reserves.
* Work within company guidelines and regulatory parameters.
* Process settlement payments
What you need to bring
* Demonstrable claims experience with a broker, TPA or (re)insurance carrier
* Familiarity with handling of 1st Party claims, property and /or Energy preferred.
* Lloyd\’s Market experience desirable, but not essential
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Good communication both verbally and in writing, with both internal and external stakeholders,
* Ability to work independently yet thrive within a team environment
