The Senior Broker / Client Relationship Manager will assume leadership and management of an existing portfolio of UK & European Professional Indemnity portfolio with particular emphasis on the design, construction, architect and engineering environment. In addition to stewardship of the current book of business, our client is keen to meet candidates with experience in business development or those eager to develop skills in this area. You will receive full support to grow the account into other territories and/or industry sectors.
This will be a full 360-degree role, working with clients to understand risks and insurance needs, creating bespoke insurance solutions, identifying appropriate markets, and leading negotiations with underwriters. You will also assist in training and developing junior team members who will support you.
What you need to show:
- At least 5 years' experience in a Lloyds/London Market placing broker position.
- Understanding of Professional Indemnity risks and markets.
- A proven track record of account and client relationship management.
- Be resourceful, driven, and innovative.
