Are you a Marine Technician looking for hybrid working flexibility? We have a new vacancy that requires only 3 days per month attendance in the City of London office. Your new employer is an established global Lloyds-accredited broking house.

Marine Technician / Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for a range of technical support functions that facilitate the successful placement and servicing of international marine business.

  1. Extraction of information from MRC and endorsements.
  2. Creation of invoices and evidence of cover for issuing to clients.
  3. Submission of premiums to Xchanging and non-bureaux markets.
  4. Calculating commissions and brokerage.
  5. Premium processing.
  6. Monitoring PPWs.
  7. Ensuring the integrity of all market & client documentation, files, and digital records.

What is required

  1. Experience within a technical support role within the Lloyds / London market.
  2. Familiarity with Xchanging processes and platforms.
  3. Some exposure to marine risks.
