Summary
We have a Fixed Term Contract role for a minimum of 6 months. You will be joining an established, independent Lloyds Broker based in the Heart of the City of London. This role offers hybrid working flexibility, with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working remotely.
Our client is seeking to hire an experienced IBA specialist with a proven track record of working within the Lloyds / London Market who also possesses exposure to completing company accounting functions.
So, this role offers a mixture of IBA and Non-IBA accounting duties.
Overview
* Management of multi-currency accounts.
* Allocating incoming funds
* Account reconciliations
* Premium credit control & aged debt management
* Authorising and arranging payments
* Issuing monthly statements
* Posting journals to Sun
* Preparing and loading expenses
* Organising currency for business trips
* Organising FX forward sales and spot sales
What you need to show
* Experience in an IBA role (Lloyds / London insurance market preferred)
* Proficiency in non-IBA company accounting functions
* Familiarity with Global XB and / or Sun accounting (desirable)
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills
