Summary
Our client who is a Lloyds Broker is looking for a Client Handler to join their expanding Household Insurance department in the Essex office. The purpose of the role is to work of the Household schemes and binders handling Personal Lines Household policies from start to finish.
Main Duties:
* Handling Household premiums for new and existing clients
* Managing own book of clients
* Dealing with premiums upto around £2,000
* Contacting clients to obtain up to date risk information and discuss renewal terms
* Issuing new business, renewals and Mid-term adjustments
* Preparing and issuing insurance documentation and letters
* Cross selling other products
* Using Acturis and MS Office
Essential Skills Required:
* Previous experience working within Household Insurance
* Managing own workload
* Good IT skills including all MS Office
Desirable:
* Good organisation skills
* Knowledge of binders or delegated authority
* Achieved or studying towards Cert CII
* Knowledge of Acturis system
