At MW Appointments, we are looking for someone to join our team as a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant in the Radlett, Hertfordshire office. The purpose of the role is to assist the Recruitment Consultants while learning and developing into a 360 Recruitment Consultant position.Main Duties:
* Registering and interview new candidates
* Updating the details of existing candidates
* Preparing candidate CVs
* Quickly develop an understanding of the Insurance sector
* Matching candidates to suitable live vacancies.
* Working on job vacancies
* Contacting shortlists of candidates for job vacancies
* Arranging job interviews for candidates
* Preparing candidates for interview
* Ad-hoc duties as needed
Essential Skills Required:
* Strong IT skills including all MS Office
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Willing to learn a new industry and skills
