Our client who is a Lloyds Brokers is looking for a Client Handler to join the expanding Private Clients / HNW team in the Witham, Essex office. The purpose of the role is to deal with a mixed portfolio of Private Clients insurances.
Main Duties:
- Dealing with HNW risks including (but not limited to) Household, Motor, Art, and Travel
- Handling new and existing clients
- Deal with new business, renewals and MTAs, ensuring they are correctly processed
- Prepare and issue insurance documentation
- Meeting with clients as and when needed
- Ensure customer details are recorded accurately and entered onto system in a timely fashion
- Confirm cover with relevant insurers, process policies and chase up outstanding documentation when required
- Managing the issuance of clients certificates
- Deal with account queries
Essential Skills Required:
- Previous experience within a similar Insurance role
- Strong knowledge of all types of HNW / Private Clients insurances
- Good IT skills
Desirable:
- Good organisation skills
- Strong communication skills
