Summary
Do you have 3 years + experience in a Binding Authority Technician role?
We have an exciting career opportunity with a hugely successful and innovative Lloyds accredited broker & coverholder.
You will work closely with Account Executives, the Market Broking team, clients and insurers to ensure the successful placement and servicing of Binding Authority agreements into the Lloyds market. Training and support to develop new skills and fill any gaps in knowledge will be provided by market experts.
Overview
- Support the application and registration of new and renewal binder agreements with Lloyds.
- Create all necessary market broking documentation and presentations.
- Produce debit / credit notes and client documents.
- Process risk, premium and claim bordereaux.
- Monitor premium payments via Xchanging.
- Work with colleagues and external stakeholders to resolve queries, co-ordinate activity and generally ensure the progress of work.
Required skill set and expertise
- Applicants will need to posses at least 3 years London Marlet technical support experience within binding authorities. (knowledge of the claims side is not essential)
- Experience using some or all the following systems – Atlas, Crystal, DCom, DA-Sats, ECF.
- A desire to learn and develop new skills and knowledge.
- Strong organising skills and workflow management
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders
What you need to know
- Work a 4 day week in the City office and get paid for full 5 days
- Or, if you prefer, work 2 days in City office with 3 days working from home.
- Salary – £40,000 to £55,000
