We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an innovative, global (re)insurance business that is expanding its footprint in the London Market and Europe. The Client Liaison Executive will work closely with UK and European-based MGAs seeking additional capacity solutions in the Chinese and Far East markets. This role will evolve over time and grow with the successful candidate, contributing to the Annual Business Plan.

Overview

  • Develop new relationships and promote the company's services.
  • Support clients with the DUA application and registration processes.
  • Coordinate onboarding procedures for seamless delivery.
  • Provide guidance and ongoing support to clients.
  • Monitor and report on performance and compliance.
  • Process and administer monthly bordereaux, maintaining records.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in Hong Kong and China.

  • At least 5 years of experience in the DUA insurance environment.
  • Knowledge of due diligence and onboarding processes.
  • Ability to manage monthly bordereaux.
